Cultural Tours

Bhutan’s culture is not kept behind glass. Monks study in working dzongs, archers compete on village fields and families still build their homes in the traditional way. Our cultural tours range from a seven-day introduction to the western valleys to a twelve-day journey across the whole country, always at a pace that leaves time to understand what you see.

Who it suits: First-time visitors, families and anyone curious about Bhutanese life and Buddhist heritage.

Trekking & Adventure Tours

Bhutan’s trails lead from rhododendron forest to alpine lakes and yak pastures beneath snow peaks. Choose a classic camping trek such as the Druk Path or the more demanding Jomolhari route, or day hikes in the Phobjikha valley without camping. Every trek begins with time to acclimatise and is run on the guide’s safety judgement.

Who it suits: Active travellers and experienced hikers. Fitness requirements vary by trek.

Luxury Bhutan Tours

A private guide and driver, considered pacing and premium hotels and lodges chosen with you, subject to availability. Luxury in Bhutan is as much about time and quiet as it is about where you sleep, so these journeys leave room to rest and enjoy each place.

Who it suits: Couples and travellers who value comfort, privacy and carefully arranged experiences.

Bhutan Festival Tours

Tshechu festivals bring whole valleys together in their finest clothes to watch sacred masked dances and receive blessings. We plan journeys around the festivals of Paro, Thimphu and Punakha, confirm the official dates for your year before you book, and keep the days flexible because programmes can change.

Who it suits: Travellers who can plan around festival dates, which follow the lunar calendar.

Nature & Wildlife Tours

Much of Bhutan is forest and protected land. Our nature journeys focus on quiet walks, birdlife and the glacial Phobjikha valley, where black-necked cranes spend the winter. Wildlife is never guaranteed, but a good guide and an unhurried plan make the most of every chance.

Who it suits: Nature lovers, birdwatchers and photographers who enjoy a slower pace.

Short Bhutan Tours

Short on time? A well-planned six days in western Bhutan covers Thimphu, Dochula Pass, Punakha and Paro, with a full day for the Tiger’s Nest hike. We keep it honest: shorter trips are possible, but they mean choosing fewer places rather than rushing.

Who it suits: Travellers with limited time who still want the essentials, including Tiger’s Nest.
